退貨期限 | Return Window
• 收到商品起 7 天 內（包括假日）為商品鑑賞期。
• 請於 7 天內透過 email 或 Instagram DM 聯絡我們提出退貨申請，逾期恕不受理。
• 7 days from receipt of item (including weekends/holidays) as the inspection period.
• Please contact us via email or Instagram DM within 7 days to request a return. Late requests will not be accepted.

• 商品必須全新未使用、保持原廠狀態、無任何污損、刮傷或人為損壞。
• 需保留完整原始包裝（包括外盒、保護袋、標籤、所有配件等）。
• 請提供訂單編號、收貨人姓名，以及清晰照片（展示商品整體及細節狀況）。
• Item must be unused, in original factory condition, with no stains, scratches, or man-made damage.
• Complete original packaging must be retained (including outer box, protective bag, tags, and all accessories).
• Provide order number, recipient name, and clear photos showing the overall item and details.
可退貨情況 | Eligible Returns
• 非人為因素造成的品質問題（如製造缺陷、物料瑕疵、縫線異常等）。
• Quality issues not caused by the buyer (e.g., manufacturing defects, material flaws, abnormal stitching, etc.).
不可退貨情況 | Non-Returnable Cases
• 因主觀原因對商品不滿意（例如改變主意、不喜歡顏色、款式、觸感、大小等）。
• 超過 7 天鑑賞期。
• 商品已使用、損壞、污損或包裝不完整。
• 客製化商品（若適用）。
• 特價 / 促銷 / 清貨商品（視個案而定）。
• Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., change of mind, dislike of color, style, feel, size, etc.).
• Past the 7-day inspection period.
• Item used, damaged, stained, or incomplete packaging.

退貨流程 | Return Process
1. 聯絡我們（email 或 IG DM）提供訂單詳情及照片。
2. 我們審核後會回覆確認，並提供退貨地址及包裝指示。
3. 請自行寄回商品（建議使用可追蹤的快遞服務，例如 SF Express 或香港郵政掛號），退貨運費由買家自行承擔。
4. 我們收到並檢查商品無誤後，於 7–14 個工作天 內處理退款。
5. Contact us (email or IG DM) with order details and photos.
6. We will review and confirm, then provide return address and packing instructions.
7. Ship the item back at your own cost (tracked service recommended, e.g., SF Express or Hong Kong Post registered mail).
8. Refund processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item in good condition.
退款說明 | Refund Details
• 全額退款商品價格（不包括原訂單運費）。
• 若屬品質問題（製造缺陷），我們可承擔退貨運費，並提供全額退款或換貨選擇。
• 退款將退回原付款方式（信用卡、PayMe、FPS 等），實際到帳時間視銀行處理而定（通常 3–10 個工作天）。
• Full refund of item price (excluding original shipping fees).
• For quality issues (manufacturing defects), we may cover return shipping and offer full refund or exchange.
