退貨流程 | Return Process

3. 請自行寄回商品（建議使用可追蹤的快遞服務，例如 SF Express 或香港郵政掛號），退貨運費由買家自行承擔。
4. 我們收到並檢查商品無誤後，於 7–14 個工作天 內處理退款。
5. Contact us (email or IG DM) with order details and photos.
6. We will review and confirm, then provide return address and packing instructions.
7. Ship the item back at your own cost (tracked service recommended, e.g., SF Express or Hong Kong Post registered mail).
8. Refund processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item in good condition.
